(V/A) COMPILATION Release Date: November 15th 2004. The Location - Copro HQ. The Situation - a hugely overcrowded video shelf, threatening to break at any moment. The Defining Moment - the Newton-esque dropping of an errant VHS tape onto the head of a Copro employee. You see, it sparked an idea. An idea so grand, so complex in it's making and so beautiful in it's execution, that this particular employee duly left the company and now earns a fortune, working for one of the Software giants in London. The Idea - put all those damn video clips onto one sexy DVD! Cop TV, the DVD compilation from Copro (COP037), features no less than eighteen artists and twenty five clips, all taken from the Copro, and sister label Casket, rosters. Among them such luminaries as earthtone9, Vacant Stare and Fony, as well as the Scuzz #1 hit "Save Me" from Panic Cell. Indeed, many of the clips have never been shown on British TV. Released on November 15th 2004, the DVD will be the first such format from the six year old label and will feature all the clips thus far released by the Company. Also included will be an animated menu, individual track selection and artist pages.
