(ITA) INDUSTRIAL / METAL Born in Rome in the summer of 2006, originally sounding like a Crossover/Nu-metal band, they knew this was not what their hearts desired and so slowly the project became something more original and ambitious. Revolution of Darkness are characterized by the use of musette de cour and violins arranged with electronic and complex basses, painful screams and one-sentence lyrics. The target of the band is the search for peculiar, casual, obsessive sounds, but also the studied merger of dark ambient elements with pure alternative rock elements. Influences can be heard from Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson, Korn, Skinny Puppy but also traditional music (traditional folk, traditional irish music).
