(ITA) ALTERNATIVE / STONER ROCK Perro Malo was officially born in Northern Italy in 2006 from Nicola Groppi’ s intent to keep on shooting rock’n’roll poisoned bullets with the sonic war veteran Filippo Bernardi (both coming from a band called Sartana). The arrival of the former Doctor Doom members Emanuele Gorini, Filippo Badiali, Gianluca Ludovico seemed to be the right move to complete the band. 2006 Perro Malo recorded their first promo and started their live activity with with great results including the Stone Fight festival and this lead to the signing to Alkemist Fanatix Europe Management in 2007 Perro Malo is in a non-stop stylistic evolution inside that filthy, creeping rock’n’roll/stoner sound that marks the band, with its Detroit-style chorus and that dark pop-wave touch which exhales a stinking but pleasant smell you can feel all along the music.
