(GRE) METAL / METALCORE Bewized is a four-piece heavy metal/metalcore band from Thessaloniki, Greece, formed in 2007. Followers of the New Wave of American Heavy Metal vulgarly imprinted by pioneering acts such as Machine Head and Lamb of God, along with metalcore influences from Trivium and Killswitch Engage, Bewized forged their own sound, shaping it notably theirs. "Carved Upon Your Bones" was their first attempt to establish their presence in the underground metal community. A self-financed EP, that was released in early 2008, which drew favorable reviews from the Press The EP pathed the way for what is their fuller, rounded and overall more mature sound on their debut full length entitled: "The Scorch of Rage".
