(ITA) TECHNO THRASH / METAL ANCESTRAL STIGMATA was formed in 1993 and by October 1994 the band recorded their first demo "ADUMBRATE", which gained good reviews. In december1995 a second demo was recorded "DARK SIDE OF THE MIND" again to positive crital acclaim and following some usual label stabilization the band in 1997 recorded their first mcd "DE TRANQUILLITATE ANIMAE". And so the band followed this with their 1999- 2000 first full lenght album "SPIRIT" released and distributed in Italy by the label SELF - SPIRIT gave Ancestral the chance to become more widely known in Italy and abroad and was an album which clearly distinguished the band from the many other band in Italy of the time. And following the coming and goings of different members and now nearly a decade after the release of the album "SPIRIT", the band recorded a new album "THE SECOND SON OF GOD". An single of wonderfully crafted metal, progressive, technical, precise and clinical, 17 years of musicianship on one solid slab of rock. .
